This British General Slimline Intermediate Switch allows for more than 2 switches in a circuit. Easy to install with a sleek design and softly rounded corners. For use only in lighting circuits that have a 2 way switch of some kind at either end with an intermediate switch in between them. If you have 3 switches in your home that all control one light the one in the middle will be an intermediate switch. Using a 4 terminal connection rather than 3 it is not for use in any other situation.
